Double Chocolate Protein Ice Cream (Ninja® CREAMi® Recipe)
There’s chocolate… and then there’s double chocolate. This version combines a creamy vanilla protein base, rich unsweetened cocoa powder, and melty chocolate chips — all spun to perfection in your Ninja® CREAMi®. The result? A rich, chocolatey pint that’s secretly packed with protein, fibre, and no added sugar in the base.
🥄 Step 1: Add Your Base & Freeze
In your Ninja® CREAMi® pint container, combine:
- 2 scoops of Polar Protein – Vanilla ice cream powder mix
- 1 to 1¼ cups (250–300 mL) of milk (dairy or dairy-free)
- 2 tablespoons (10 g) of unsweetened cocoa powder
Mix well until smooth and no clumps remain.
Seal the lid and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove from the freezer and pour 60 mL (1/4 cup) of milk over the frozen mix.
Place in your Ninja® CREAMi® and process using:
- “Lite Ice Cream” for Deluxe or Original models
- “Creamify” for the Swirl model
Respin if needed for a smoother texture.

Make a small well in the centre and add:
- 15 g chocolate chips (about 1 tbsp)
Run the “Mix-In” cycle to distribute the chocolate chips evenly throughout.
