Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at roar@polarprotein.co, with your order number and reason for the return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to process refunds in the form of cash, cheque, PayPal, or to a different debit/credit card than the one originally used for purchase.

Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
• If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact our customer service team at roar@polarprotein.co within 14 days to initiate an exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

• Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Canada: Free standard shipping is available for orders over $99 CAD. For orders under $99 CAD, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after processing.
• USA: Free standard shipping is available for orders over $115 USD. For orders under $115 USD, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after processing.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Canada and the USA.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or courier delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Polar Protein is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
