I was skeptical because most protein desserts either taste chalky or destroy your stomach, but Polar Protein actually tastes like real ice cream. The texture came out insanely creamy in my Ninja Creami, and I love that it has both high protein and fibre, so it actually keeps me full. Vanilla is super versatile too. I’ve added Oreos, Biscoff, fruit, espresso shots… every pint feels different. Expensive upfront, but when you realize how many pints you get out of one bag, it actually makes sense.
