Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Exciting times when a package is on its way!

If you would like to cancel your order after placing it, please contact our customer service team roar@polarprotein.co immediately to let us know. It is important for you to contact us as soon as possible; if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days, and for orders in both Canada and USA, the delivery can take 7-10 business days. These times may vary depending on peak periods or holidays.

For orders within Canada, we offer free standard shipping if the cart subtotal is over $99.00 CAD. For orders to the USA, we offer free standard shipping if the cart subtotal is over $115.00 USD. At this time, we only ship within North America.

We currently only within North America. We hope to expand and ship worldwide in the near future! Stay tuned.

If you receive a defective, incomplete or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.

We hope that it won’t come to this, but if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at roar@polarprotein.co within 14 days of receiving your order. It is possible that you will need to return the products prior to receiving a refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We tried a variety of proteins when we were testing the best combinations, but we found that whey protein concentrate was the best option in terms of quality and overall health benefits. Whey protein is known to be one of the cleanest forms of protein, made up from milk extracts.

Whey protein is commonly used to improve performance and increase strength. In the future, we will be launching a variety of options to cater to different dietary lifestyles.

If your ice cream isn’t as smooth or creamy as you'd like, try adding a splash of milk and using the “re-spin” function on your Ninja™ CREAMi®.

If you're using a different ice cream maker, adjusting the amount or type of milk usually helps. We’ve had the best results using Fairlife 2% high-protein milk for a creamier texture.

No, we don’t! While many recipes use pudding mix to improve texture, we’ve developed a cleaner, more effective alternative. Our custom blend delivers that same rich, creamy consistency — without relying on artificial flavours, excess sugar, or unnecessary thickeners. With Polar Protein, you get a smooth, delicious ice cream made with ingredients you can feel good about.

Each Polar Protein pouch contains:

– 24 servings when used with the Ninja™ CREAMi® Regular or Swirl models

– 16 servings when used with the Ninja™ CREAMi® Deluxe

If you're using a traditional ice cream maker, simply combine 2 scoops of powder with 250–300 ml of your preferred base per serving.

Polar Protein does not contain xylitol or any other harmful sweeteners, so it’s generally safe for your pup to enjoy a small treat too. That said, every dog is different — so we always recommend checking with your vet before sharing, especially if your pet has any dietary restrictions or health concerns. They’re part of the family, and we want them to stay happy and healthy!

At the moment, Polar Protein is available in one size: a 1.6 kg pouch. That’s enough for 24 servings using the Ninja™ CREAMi® Regular/Swirl or 16 servings with the Deluxe model.

Our products are lot-tested for soy, gluten, and peanuts to help ensure they meet our safety standards. However, they are made in a facility that also handles milk, eggs, shellfish/crustaceans, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

While we don’t include nuts or soy in our formulas, we cannot guarantee they are completely free from cross-contamination. If you have severe allergies, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before use.
