Biscoff Vanilla Protein Ice Cream (Made for the Ninja® CREAMi®)

This Biscoff Vanilla Protein Ice Cream starts with a high-protein vanilla base, made for the Ninja® CREAMi®, and finishes with a swirl of Biscoff cookie crumble and marshmallows. It’s creamy, sweet, and satisfying — all while packing in 44 grams of protein and 18 grams of fibre per pint.

🥄 Step 1: Add Your Base & Freeze
In your Ninja® CREAMi® pint container, mix:
- 2 scoops of Polar Protein – Vanilla ice cream powder mix
- 1 to 1¼ cups (250–300 mL) of milk (we like Fairlife® for extra protein)
Stir until fully dissolved and smooth.
Seal the lid and place the pint in the freezer for 24 hours.
❄️ Step 2: Add Milk & Process
Once the base is frozen solid, remove the lid and pour 60 mL (1/4 cup) of milk over the top.
Process in your Ninja® CREAMi®:
- Use “Lite Ice Cream” for Deluxe or Original models
- Use “Creamify” for the Swirl model
🍪 Step 3: Add Your Toppings
For extra flavour and crunch:
- Add 2 crushed Biscoff cookies into a small well in the centre of your ice cream
- Use the “Mix-In” function of the Ninja® CREAMi® to incorporate
- Drizzle with 10 g of Biscoff spread and top with a few mini marshmallows
