Pistachio Protein Ice Cream (Ninja® CREAMi® Recipe)
A rich, nutty pistachio ice cream with a smooth, creamy texture and high protein. Feels premium but takes almost no effort.
🥄 Step 1: Add Your Base & Freeze
In your Ninja® CREAMi® pint container, mix:
2 scoops of Polar Protein – Vanilla ice cream powder mix
1 to 1¼ cups (250–300 mL) of milk (we like Fairlife® for extra protein)
Stir until fully dissolved and smooth.
Seal the lid and place the pint in the freezer for 24 hours.
❄️ Step 2: Add Milk & Process
Once the base is frozen solid, remove the lid and pour 60 mL (1/4 cup) of milk over the top.
Process in your Ninja® CREAMi®:
Use “Lite Ice Cream” for Deluxe or Original models
Use “Creamify” for the Swirl model
If the texture looks crumbly after the first spin, add a small splash of milk and re-spin until smooth.
🟢 Step 3: Add Your Toppings
For a rich pistachio flavour and texture:
- Add 1–2 tbsp pistachio spread into a centre well
- Add a small handful of crushed pistachios
- Use the “Mix-In” function
This adds depth and a slight crunch without overpowering the base.
🍦 Step 4: Enjoy
Scoop and enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture.
